2. Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping within South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not provide international shipping at this time.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (2-3 Business Days) – Available for all orders within major cities and surrounding areas.
  • Outlying & Remote Areas (5-7 Business Days) – Some regions may experience longer delivery times based on courier availability.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.


4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method. Promotional offers such as free shipping may be available for qualifying orders above a certain amount.

  • Express Shipping: Starting from RXX
  • Remote Areas: Varies based on location

5. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date for assistance.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or refund.

9. Click & Collect (Local Pickup)
We offer a Click & Collect option for customers who prefer to pick up their orders at our physical location at Unit 213, Lougardia Business Park, 1262 Embankment Rd, Centurion Central, Pretoria, 0157, South Africa. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
