Exchange, Return and RefundPolicy
1. Overview
At CVJ IT SOLUTIONS, we strive to provide high-quality IT services and digital devices to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges and returns under the following conditions.
2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following circumstances:
Defective or Damaged Products – If you receive a faulty or damaged device, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of purchase.
Incorrect Product Delivered – If you receive the wrong product, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 7 days.
Unopened & Unused Products – If the product remains in its original, unopened packaging, you may return it within 14 days for a store credit or exchange.
Software & Digital Products – Due to the nature of digital products and software, all sales are final. However, if a digital product is defective or not delivered, we will assess the issue and offer a replacement where applicable.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used software, licenses, or digital downloads.
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
- Items returned without original packaging, accessories, or proof of purchase.
- Clearance or final sale items.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Provide Proof of Purchase – Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.
Return Authorization – Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if eligible.
Ship the Item – Securely package the item and ship it to our return center at [Return Address]. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Inspection & Refund Processing – Once received, we will inspect the product and process your refund or exchange within 14 business days.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or as store credit, based on eligibility.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Exchanges
If you request an exchange, we will process it once the returned item is received and inspected.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.
7. Warranty Claims
Some devices come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If your product experiences an issue covered under warranty, we recommend reaching out to the manufacturer directly to initiate a warranty claim.
